About Haykazunyadz Armenian Center

Hakazunyadz Armenian Center is a nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit The specific purpose of this Corporation is to provide the American-Armenian youth, with a center where the Armenian Culture can be taught, with an emphasis on Armenian Culture, Armenian Language, Armenian Christian Religion, Armenian History and Armenian Music.

ADMISSION POLICIES and PROCEDURES Hakazunyadz Armenian Center is open to all children whose parents endorse its mission, programs, and policies. The center reserves the right to dismiss a student, or to refuse admission to an applicant, but not on the basis of discrimination as to race, color, national or ethnic origin.All students are expected to fully participate in the center’s curricular activities.

Preschool:Students must be 4 years old by and be toilet trained to be admitted to the center on August of the same year. Parents must submit the following information with regard to their students.

Kindergarten:Students must be 5 years of age by to be admitted to school in August of the same year. All Health requirements mentioned in the preschool list must be completed.You are attending a center that takes pride in its academic standards; you are expected to take your studies seriously. Each teacher will give you guidelines for homework assignments, quizzes, tests, projects, and class participation guidelines.

CURRICULUM: Haykazunyadz Center offers a balanced curriculum to accomplish its mission statement.The following subjects are offered to promote the spiritual, intellectual and academic, social, physical, and cultural values in each student:

Armenian Studies:

Language, Culture, History

Chess Class:

Chess class again from 12 pm to 1:30 pm
